Lisa

Lisa is a french Artist and the Director / Senior Instructor

at Sovereign Qi studio.

She has a background of international professional dancer and artistic director/choreographer in Macau during 25 years with her own entertainment company : LDS Events Production.

She'd been hired by Theatre Shows productions such as "Dragone" and "Cirque Du Soleil" as a Contemporary Dance coach to help talents and professional performers to maintain their potential on stage and improve their skills.

Lisa is officially considered in the wellness industry of Hong Kong a "Specialist Of Movement".

She helps since 7 years now many professional performers and athletes to reach their goal, such as Latin Ballroom dancers and Pole dancers from competition, Runners, and more...

​

She also helps regular and elderly people to keep and improve their body motor skill, working closely as well with Physiotherapists and Osteopaths practitioners on rehabilitation programs, even for people with Parkinson disease.

2 years ago she has finally founded with her husband the Sovereign Qi studio,

based on GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® methods and PILATES practice.
